Thank you for using UCard! Please read the following information carefully. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all UCard virtual crypto card services. This is a binding agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post a notice on our platform any time the Terms of Service have been amended or updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Service unacceptable, you must immediately stop using UCard and cease all use of our services.
When you agree to use our services, which includes, but is not limited to: virtual crypto card creation, transaction processing, payment services, and other financial components, you agree to accept these Terms.

1. What services does UCard provide?
UCard provides virtual crypto card services that allow users to create and manage virtual payment cards funded with cryptocurrency. Our service includes card creation, transaction processing, balance management, and integration with various payment networks. UCard facilitates the conversion between cryptocurrency and traditional payment methods through secure and compliant infrastructure.
The service is designed for legitimate financial transactions and commerce. However, transaction processing times and availability may vary depending on network conditions and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

2. Account creation and verification
You are required to create an account to use UCard services. Account creation includes mandatory identity verification (KYC/AML) as required by financial regulations. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- Valid email address
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of address
- Additional documentation as required for compliance
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and securing your account. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any third party. Each user is limited to one account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@ucard.one. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or regulatory requirements.
3. Payment, fees, and card funding
UCard services involve various fees including but not limited to:
- Card creation fees
- Transaction processing fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Monthly maintenance fees
- Withdrawal fees
All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services used.
Cards must be funded with supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum and maximum funding limits apply. We reserve the right to reject transactions that do not meet our security or compliance standards.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed transactions. However, in cases of service errors or unauthorized transactions, you may contact us at contact@ucard.one to request resolution.
4. Age and eligibility restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use UCard services. Additional eligibility requirements include:
- Legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Residence in supported jurisdictions
- Compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency and financial services
- Successful completion of identity verification
We reserve the right to restrict service availability based on geographic location or regulatory requirements.
5. Intellectual property
All content available through UCard, including but not limited to software, algorithms, card designs, and platform interfaces, is the property of UCard and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written consent.
6. Prohibited activities
By using UCard, you agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions violations
- Create cards or conduct transactions for prohibited goods or services
- Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities or interfere with service operation
- Use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized cryptocurrency
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card network rules
- Create multiple accounts or use the service on behalf of prohibited persons
- Engage in activities that could damage UCard’s reputation or relationships with partners
7. Risk disclosure
Virtual crypto cards involve financial risks including:
- Cryptocurrency price volatility
- Potential loss of funds due to technical issues
- Regulatory changes affecting service availability
- Third-party service dependencies
- Market risks associated with cryptocurrency
You acknowledge these risks and agree that UCard is not liable for losses resulting from market conditions or external factors beyond our control.
8. Third-party services
UCard relies on third-party payment processors, cryptocurrency networks, and financial institutions. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of these external services. Service interruptions or issues with third parties may affect UCard functionality.
9. Limitation of liability
UCard services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties about service availability, transaction processing, or cryptocurrency price stability. UCard’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
UCard will not be held liable for:
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- Network congestion or transaction delays
- Third-party service failures
- Regulatory changes affecting service availability
- Force majeure events
10. Compliance and regulatory matters
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency, financial services, and tax obligations. UCard may be required to report transactions to regulatory authorities and may suspend services to ensure compliance.
You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of UCard services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCard and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of UCard services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by applicable law.
